Shipping Rates
Shipping & courier rates are determined by our courier partner Courier Guy and are subject to change. We ship throughout South Africa and Globally.
Should you wish to arrange your own courier for your ordered item please contact us directly.
Shipping Timeframes
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Our estimated delivery time is 7-14 working days. Deliveries take place between 08h00 and 17h00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Our courier will provide an approximate delivery day but unfortunately cannot provide the exact day and time. Please note couriers can be delayed during busy periods.
How We Ship
We work with main South Africa based courier partners such as The Courier Guy. If for any reason we need to use an alternate method of shipping, we will contact you directly.
Where We Ship
We deliver nationwide throughout South Africa and World-Wide, provided our courier is able to deliver to your address as standard. Please note that our courier partners can only deliver to a physical address, not a P.O. Box. Our courier may not be able to deliver as standard to certain locations, for example remote outlying locations and areas deemed high risk. In these cases, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements and can typically deliver to a nearby courier depot where you can collect your package. Our ability to deliver is always subject to certain factors, including the supply of accurate delivery address details.
Order Status and Tracking
Once you place your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email from us as well as a payment confirmation email directly from Yoco. Once your product has shipped, you will receive a second shipping confirmation email with tracking details either directly from us or from our courier.
At any time you can contact us for a shipping update. Please provide your number should you wish to get a telephonic update.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns for a different product, store credit, or a refund for up to 30 days after delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the delivery and shipping costs for the return. Please refer to our full refund, return, and exchange policy for further information.
